Use of the Events Plaza located just outside the Events Hall
Use of video/computer projection equipment and screens

Items available for no additional costs:
One hour rehearsal time between noon and 5 P.M. the day prior
Use of the Gardens for photographs two hours prior to your rental
Podium
Items available for additional costs:
Dance Floor – arrangements can be made with an outside vendor to set-up a dance floor on the Events Plaza or in the Garden Room
Tents – arrangements can be made with an outside vendor to set-up a tent on the Events Plaza
Outdoor Chairs and other furniture - arrangements can be made with an outside vendor to set-up furniture in your ceremony location
