Wedding Packages - Reiman Gardens

We welcome all types of marriages at Reiman Gardens.

 

Wedding Package One*
Includes:  Mahlstede Building, Helen Latch Jones Rose Garden, Patty Jischke Children's Garden OR the Herb Garden and the south patio
Capacity:  75 guests maximum seated at rectangular tables of eight.
Available:  Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 6 to 11 p.m., Saturday or Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 6 to 11 p.m.
Rental Fee:  $900

 

Includes:  Conservatory, Exhibit Hall, the Garden Room, Terrace, Rose Garden, and the Mahlstede Building
Capacity:  250 guests maximum seated at round tables of eight.
Available:  Monday-Friday 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday or Sunday 4:30 to 11 p.m.
Rental Fee:  $3,200 (includes furniture set-up)
Deposit: $500 Deposit and 50% down upon reservation

Wedding Package Three*
Includes:  Hunziker House, Paving Court and the Patty Jischke Children's Garden OR the Formal Lawn Garden
Capacity:  75 guests maximum seated at rectangular tables of eight.
Available:  Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 6 to 11 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 6 to 11 p.m.

Rental Fee:  $900

Wedding Package Four (Ceremony only)*
Includes:  Conservatory
Capacity:  75 guests maximum
Available:  Daily after 4:30 p.m.
Rental Fee:  $500 (2 hour maximum, includes chair set-up)

Wedding Package Five**
Includes:  Garden Room and Rose Garden
Capacity:  100 guests with a dance floor; 120 guests without a dance floor all seated at round tables of eight
Available:  Daily from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Rental Fee:  $1,500
Includes: Furniture setup and tear down inside the buildings only

* $150 deposit and half of the rental fee is due upon reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

** $500 deposit and half of the rental fee is due upon reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due 6 months prior to the event.

The deposit is refunded after the event has occurred and the rooms are inspected. If the rental is cancelled prior to the event, the deposit is non-refundable. All clients are required to work directly with the caterer for all food arrangements. Please incorporate set-up/clean-up and delivery time within the specified rental time.
