
Rental Opportunities
Rental policies Events may be booked up to 18 months in advance. A security deposit is required at the time of reservation for all events and will be refunded after the event and an inspection by Reiman Gardens' staff. The deposit is non- refundable if event is canceled at any time.
Rental fee is due two weeks prior to the event. Rental fees and deposits are subject to change without notice.
The rental client is responsible for set-up and clean-up (unless other arrangements have been made with Reiman Gardens). Clients may arrange room set-up through Reiman Gardens.
Set-up prices are as follows:
Up to 50 people-$50 51 to 100 people-$100 101 to 200 people- $200
These prices are only for room set-up and do not include food-setup, which may be arranged with exclusive caterer.
