"Smashing Sugarless Sweets"

Join chefs and nutrition experts from across central Iowa as they show you how to make the best healthy dishes from the foods found in your own garden. Sign up for one session or come to all six and get a deal. These classes will spark your imagination as well as your appetite!

Sign up for one class, a few, or the entire series. Classes are always on Thursdays, and the dates include June 7, June 21, July 5, August 2 and August 16. CoHorts members pay $12 for one class or $52 for all fiveclasses. The general public pays $15 for one class or $65 for all five classes. Click here to register online.
